At PLR Fast, we specialize in selling digital products with Private Label Rights (PLR). Due to the nature of digital content, all sales are considered final and non-refundable.

1. No Refunds on Digital Products

Once a digital product is purchased and delivered, we cannot offer refunds, exchanges, or cancellations, as you immediately gain access to the downloadable files and rights associated with the product.

Please read the product descriptions carefully and contact us if you have any questions before purchasing.

2. Exceptions

Refunds may only be considered under the following conditions:

• You purchased the same product multiple times by mistake

• The file is corrupted and cannot be opened or downloaded, and we are unable to provide a working copy

• You did not receive access to the product after purchase (and support has not resolved the issue within 72 hours)

In these cases, please contact us at info@plrfast.com within 7 days of your purchase, including:

• Your order number

• A detailed explanation of the issue

• A screenshot or relevant evidence (if applicable)

3. Unauthorized Payments

If you notice a charge you did not authorize, contact us immediately. We will investigate and take appropriate action.

4. Chargebacks

Filing a chargeback without contacting our support team first is a violation of this Refund Policy and may result in loss of access to your purchases and account.
